Portfolio Starter

For Non-Institutional Clients

At Principle Profits Asset Management, Inc. we understand that there are investors with modest portfolios who do not currently require our standard continuous management service, yet still want help with getting their investments started on the right track. In order to accomodate these needs, we offer the Portfolio Starter service. The Portfolio Starter service is available for those investors who want advice and assistance in the early stages of their investment planning. This service includes:

A complete assessment of your current investment portfolio(s).

Development of a risk profile and financial goals.

Analysis of your social-issues concerns and how to integrate them into your investments.

Construction of a strategic asset allocation that incorporates all of the above.

Establishing and/or transferring brokerage accounts, when applicable.

Implementation of your investment strategy.

At your request we will also provide additional services, such as an annual review of your portfolio, or a year-end statement for your tax advisor detailing your account transactions. These additional services are not required, and are available on a negotiable, per-basis fee.

FEE SCHEDULE

The Portfolio Starter service fee is based solely upon a percentage of the value of your investments. We receive no compensation for any trading we may render in the implementation of your investment strategy. The fee is payable in full at the beginning of the analysis process; it can be billed separately or be deducted from your invested assets. The formula to calculate the fee is as follows:

Total Starting Market Value of Investments X 3%
